that only works imo if you set a date and time and do the draft which we have done back in the day but besides 4-5 guys most end up sending lists anyway

i get it. Its easier for you guys. Just someone like myself that makes sure i reply in a timely manner its easier and better for my team to draft live rather then a list. Theres just so many variables. But I do understand for you guys lists are easier.
